Chicken and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts (2-3) or maybe more depending upon how many people you want to cook for.

Frozen Mixed Vegetables (package with broccoli, carrots, green beans and any other vegetables you like)

Chicken broth or bouillon cubes (be careful to not use too much or the soup will taste too salty.)

Italian Seasoning

(optional) or you can also add in some oregano, thyme, parsley or other seasonings. Pretty much anything you have in the cupboard will work. If you are sick you can add in some cayenne pepper to cleanse your system and help you get better, but be careful how much. It is very very hot and spicy and too much will ruin it. Water (4-6 cups)

Can of diced tomatoes or maybe 2 if you are feeding more people.

Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot. Cook on low heat for about 6 hours or on high heat for 2-3 hours.

Add parmesan cheese to taste if desired. or cheddar cheese is also good.

Serves 3-5 people
